Are children allowed to come if they aren't on the invitation?

We kindly ask that you find childcare in advance so that you can enjoy this celebration with us!

Please note: Only a few children who are involved in the wedding ceremony will be attending. In addition, children who are 2 years old and under are the exception and may attend.

Should we try to stay near the venue?

Although the wedding will take place in Belgrade, we highly recommend that guests find accommodations in Bozeman due to all of the conveniences located there. A complimentary wedding day shuttle will be provided to guests staying in Bozeman.

Do we need to wear a coat with our wedding attire?

The temperatures can drop in the evenings in September. Please refer to the Dress Code tab for more information. I would suggest bringing an option for the evening as there is indoor and outdoor space. The ceremony will be outdoors as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will be inside of the barn with access to outdoor patio space as well.

Where will the shuttle pick up be?

The shuttle location is TBD but will be at a convenient location in downtown Bozeman which will be updated on this website soon.

What are the shuttle times?

2:30 p.m. Pick up (location TBD) to Ceremony (begins at 3:00 p.m.)

Return Run #1: 8:30 p.m.

Return Run #2/final: 10:30 p.m.

Reminder: Personal vehicles may be left at the shuttle drop-off location overnight and picked up in the morning.
